Oversee daily service activities across the assigned area.

  Ensure preventive maintenance (PM) and breakdown services are executed on time

  Monitor machine uptime and reduce repeat failures

  Identify skill gaps and arrange technical training

  Monitor productivity and discipline of field staff

  Act as the first escalation point for key customers

  Conduct regular customer visits to understand site issues

  Generate Service revenue. Increaseease Spare parts business. 

  Diploma / BE / B Tech. 

  8 to 15 years of experience with 2 to 3 years in a leadership role preferable in same field.

  Strong knowledge in hydraulic and Electrical.

  Ability to Diagnose complex breakdown

  Interpret service manuals, wiring & hydraulic diagrams.

  Knowledge of Service charge / AMC and supporting spare parts billing.
