Oversee the complete painting process including surface preparation, paint application, and curing to ensure desired finish quality. Monitor equipment performance and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards. Coordinate with suppliers and maintenance for timely availability of consumables and upkeep of systems. Support process improvements and contribute to defect reduction initiatives.

Diploma/BE in Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical Engineering with 4–7 years’ paint shop experience. Experienced in Shotblasting, Primer and Topcoat. Understanding of painting techniques, safety standards, and equipment maintenance required.
