Core Responsibilities

• Procurement of Spare Parts
• Source and purchase spare parts and components required for machinery and equipment.
• Ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications.
• Supplier Management
• Ensure timely delivery of items as per Purchase Order & in case any additional requirement arise, need to handle the same.
• Inventory Control
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate with warehouse and maintenance teams to align stock levels with operational needs.
• Cost Optimization
• Develop cost-effective purchasing strategies.
• Analyse market trends to secure competitive pricing.
• Documentation and Compliance
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier agreements.
• Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Cross-Department Coordination
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance departments to align procurement with business goals.
• Communicate effectively to resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or inventory2.
