Key Responsibilities

🖥 Active Directory & Group Policy

• Design, deploy, and manage Group Policies
• Manage ADDS including domain and site creation, trust management, and troubleshooting
• Handle user lifecycle management: creation, maintenance, and issue resolution
• Define and document guidelines and naming conventions
• Perform general configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting

☁️ Azure & Entra ID

• Manage users and groups in Entra ID
• Configure App Registrations and Enterprise Applications (SAML SSO)
• Provision and manage servers: sizing, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting
• Administer Azure Update Manager and Storage Accounts
• Manage Azure Virtual Desktop environments
• Create and manage subscriptions (business- and IT-managed)
• Implement cost control and optimization strategies including Reservations
• Define and maintain Privileged Identity Management (PIM) roles
• Configure Conditional Access policies
• Manage Recovery Services Vaults
• Provision resources based on business requests

📱 Intune & Endpoint Management

• Oversee the management of all company devices via Intune
• Create and maintain Configuration and Compliance Profiles
• Manage update deployment across devices
• Implement and maintain Endpoint Security configurations
• Administer LAPS (Local Administrator Password Solution)

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments
• Proven expertise in Active Directory, Azure, and Intune
• Strong understanding of identity and access management, security policies, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with cost optimization and resource provisioning in Azure
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Fluent in English 

Working Conditions:

• Monday-Friday 8h per day. Schedule to be discussed. No night shifts.
• Work from Office (Bangalore) + Work from Home (Bangalore).
