.  Description of the position/nature of activity:

• Will lead Site Administration for Dibang, Arunachal and North East Area as a whole
• Reduce MTTR and increase MTBF
• Plan and guide team to execute maintenance and repair needs of the customer’s equipment.
• Ensuring timely submission of monthly reports
• Ensuring timely payments of dues and monthly bills by customer
• Ensuring the site stores are stocked at optimal value with minimal dead stock
• Establish proper SOP for Stores, Maintenance and Revenue functions at Site.
• Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers.
• Technical support to site team for resolving problems and escalating problems to Global Technical Support
• Training customer’s field staff, engineers, and operators for efficient operations
• Promoting usage of PM branded parts.
• Technical analysis to find root cause of failures and timely escalations.
• Identifying and participating in revenue opportunities such as new service contracts, contract renewals and parts sales.

Diploma / B. Tech / B.E. in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics with experience of at least 7 to 8 years, latest experience being Senior Service Engineer or Assistant Manager. Good Personality with efficient communication skills and good knowledge of computers with software knowledge in Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of SAP and Project Management Software like Primavera, MSP would be an added advantage.
