Job Description:

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP BASIS Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in managing and administering SAP systems, specifically S4/Hana and ECC6, along with SAP BTP. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP architecture, database management, and system performance optimization.

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems including S4/Hana, ECC6, and SAP BTP.

Manage SAP users, authorizations, and profiles.

Perform regular system health checks and capacity planning.

Monitor and manage the performance of SAP systems and interfaces.

Maintain multiple SAP instances (development, test and production).

Ensure system security through SAP or third-party tools.

Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement necessary changes.

Maintain documentation and charts for SAP system configurations.

Align with SAP on perform regular system backups and restore procedures.

Test and install SAP patches and upgrades as required (SPAU/SPDD and SUM).

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

SAP certification is preferred.

Extensive experience with SAP BASIS administration, including S4/Hana, ECC6, and SAP BTP.

Proficiency in database administration and project management.

Strong understanding of SAP applications and architecture.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge with Transport Management (TMS) and Early Watch Alert

Preferred Skills:

Experience with SAP HANA database management.

Knowlege in Fiori and Gateway.

Familiarity with UNIX and Windows-based servers running SAP.
