Purpose and Objectives

• Responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customer’s equipment.
• Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers.
• Performing necessary site administrative duties as assigned.
• Operation and maintenance support for customer’s satisfaction
• Training customer’s field staff, engineers, and operators for efficient operations
• Reducing breakdown times and promoting efficient use of PM branded parts only.
• Technical analysis to find root cause of failures and timely escalations.
• Identifying and participating in revenue opportunities such as new service contracts, contract renewals and parts sales.

Major Tasks and Duties:

• Troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on shotcrete equipment.
• Successful startup and sharing handover documentation of all the shotcrete equipment.
• Coordinating with spare part team, Inventory planning, forecasting, and monitoring to avoid short fall and get the parts on time.
• Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.

• Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure early resolution.
• Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
• Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated and kept in a good condition.
• Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory / customer requirements.
• Efficiently utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.

• To ensure that all quotations and service invoices are submitted on time.
• To provide weekly reports on all service issues of customer.
• Analysing operations and offering suggestions for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain service related documentations of all shotcrete equipment’s.
• To provide technical assistance and ensure maximum availability% of all equipment’s.
• To minimize downtime of all equipment’s.

Education, Experience &Skills required

B.Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical (Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in service field) Preferably in Shotcrete or Concrete pump.
