Assistant Manager - Group Controlling

• Cost Estimation: Calculate direct and indirect costs for products, services, or projects. Perform complex calculation scenarios
• Cost Analysis: Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs to help identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Focus Point Variance Analysis: Compare actual costs with estimated costs (or target costs) and investigate discrepancies.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate cost records, reports, and financial documentation.
• Process Improvement: help identifying cost-saving measures and process optimizations.
• Focus Point Collaboration: Work with finance (espec. R&D Controlling), procurement, production, and engineering teams to understand cost drivers.

• Cost Accountant
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (knowledge on SAP calculations, SAP MM and CO)
• Knowledge of accounting principles and cost accounting standards
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in cost estimation or financial analysis (preferred)
• Knowledge of industry-specific cost structures (e.g., manufacturing, construction)
