• Ensure efficient and effective production processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing operations.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues and provide solutions.
• Manage and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

• Supervising Manufacturing Processes: Production engineers ensure that quality work is done in a safe and efficient manner on the production floor and knowledge of TPM.
• Collaborating with Other Engineers: They work closely with other engineers to develop plans that enhance production, reduce costs, and optimize labor.

• Diagnosing and Troubleshooting: Identifying problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training to address those issues.
• Safety Protocols and Carbon Footprint: Establishing safety procedures that prioritize workers’ well-being and minimize environmental impact.
• Knowledge Sharing: Keeping up to date with engineering advancements and sharing knowledge with colleagues.

• Continuous Improvement: Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
