• Achieving Spare parts target in assigned area through Dealers/Distributors & direct accounts.
• Lead generation and conversion to improve spare parts billing.
• Collection & receivables management as per company policy.
• Order fulfilment & availability-Ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment of orders, minimizing lead time and meeting customer expectations.
• Permanent journey plan and connect mechanism to cover potential customers within area and improving penetration.
• Supply Chain coordination: effectively communicates with Dealers, Customers, Head office, warehouse etc to meet demand & maintain smooth operations.
• Awareness campaigns for promoting brand and Genuine parts to customers, influencers, intermediators.
• Reporting: provide regular & accurate reports on key performance indicators to management & stakeholders.
• Keep track of top competitors, their strategies and devise plan for improving PM parts sales.

• B.E/Diploma in mechanical Engineering.
• Preferred Diploma in business management.
• Experience in spare parts sales-Min 3 years (Preferably from Construction industry).
