• Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring the efficient running of all activities.
• Supervise, lead, and train store staff to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is adequately replenished.
• Conduct regular stock counts , FIFO and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective storage and space management.
• Monitor stock movements, including receiving and dispatching, and manage the storage of goods in a safe and organized manner.
• Handle internal customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
• Maintain health and safety standards in the store and storage areas.
• Ensure proper record-keeping of stock levels, orders, and any other store documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to manage stock deliveries and resolve any issues.
• Prepare regular reports on stock levels, inventory movements, and store performance.
• Collaborate with other departments (such as Planning, purchasing, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth store operations.
• Implement and maintain security protocols to minimize loss and theft.

• Proven experience in store management or a related field.
• Knowledge of Stores SAP Transaction codes
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage inventory, use of SAP .
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in store operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends, if necessary.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
