1. Installation and Commissioning:
   • Set up and install concrete machines at customer sites.
   • Conduct on-site commissioning and performance testing to ensure equipment operates according to specifications.
2. Maintenance and Repair:
   • Perform regular maintenance checks and troubleshooting on concrete machinery.
   • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.
   • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
3. Customer Support:
   • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
   • Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of machinery.
   • Gather customer feedback and report issues to the engineering team for continuous improvement.
4. Technical Expertise:
   • Stay updated on the latest technologies and product enhancements.
   • Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to provide insights on customer needs and equipment performance.

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with knowledge of batching plants and concrete pumps, along with basic knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems. For a Diploma holder, 5 years of experience is required, while for B-Tech or BE graduates, 2 to 3 years of experience is required
