Your Profile
- Conduct Spend Analysis for Parts, Should be costing, Nesting of Parts
- Material cost tracking, commodity price tracking
- Vendor capability Improvement and capacity enhacement. Leading Vendor and People engagements programs
- C Class Parts indegenisation.
- Optimizes and standardizes Procurement processes (Group Guidelines, Local Guidelines, Templates); cross functional in cooperation with internal departements and systems.
-Execute User Training of Gloal Procurement Team
-Responsible Procurement project manager of digitized process and system optimization (SAP R3, SAP S/4, Webcis, CWA, supplier evaluation, material budget, etc.)
-Support team for Master Data updates like info records, order books, Business partners
-S4 Hana Key User and operative maintaining of master data like Business Partner
-Global strategic and operative responsibility of Procurement CIP (Continual Improvement Process )
-Contact person for the purchasing managers and as a business partner for the departments in all inquiries concerning purchasing processes and structures (GPO - Global Process Owner)
-Central contact person for all business specific issues (Tickets), questions and change requests within the department.
-Take part in test execution and organization for SAP (ECC, S/4 Hana) Updates / upgrades and part of project teams for further S/4 Hana Roll-Outs / Implementations
- Creation of the change requests including the requirements for IT. Joint development with the responsible module administrator MM.
- Support system validations within the scope of global validation roadmaps for relevant systems
- Contact person for the preparation and support of internal and external (ISO) audits for Procurement
-Supports / creates SAP related process documentation with Procurement tasks
