• Conduct DIR meeting (do it Right) along with all team members (workers) where daily plan is discussed along with other issues effecting production, also other non-production issues are addressed.
• Understand absenteeism for the day, align workers on station as per plan.
• Create and oversee an employee training schedule that emphasizes productivity and correct resource & assets utilization.
• Visual inspection of jobs and record keeping analysis of welding defects and corrective actions.
• Supervise Fabrication line & make sure production is done as per drawing/Group guidelines and standards or other relevant guideline issued by design.
• Highlight any raw material deviation with quality department by providing NC (Non conformance), Coordinate with warehouse for replacement.
• Planning and setting up future jobs while Robot is operating.
• Provide training and educational material to welders/operators.
• Prepare necessary paperwork, documentation scanning and maintaining records.
• Should have done projects of cost savings.

• Should know the defects in welding, knowledge of MIG/MAG welding process, types of welding joints, welding symbols, interpret drawings with sectional view, bill of material etc.
• Knowledge of Standards DIN ISO 5817, ISO 2553.
• Should know SAP activities related to production.
• Operator Training, programming, and operation of Welding Robot.
