Job Description:

Job Summary:

As a Service Engineer at Putzmeister Concrete Machines Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our concrete machinery. You will work closely with customers to ensure the optimal performance of our equipment, provide technical support, and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation and Commissioning:
   • Set up and install concrete machines at customer sites.
   • Conduct on-site commissioning and performance testing to ensure equipment operates according to specifications.
2. Maintenance and Repair:
   • Perform regular maintenance checks and troubleshooting on concrete machinery.
   • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.
   • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
3. Customer Support:
   • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
   • Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of machinery.
   • Gather customer feedback and report issues to the engineering team for continuous improvement.
4. Technical Expertise:
   • Stay updated on the latest technologies and product enhancements.
   • Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to provide insights on customer needs and equipment performance.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in servicing industrial machinery, preferably concrete or construction equipment.
  • Familiarity with hydraulic and electrical systems is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using service tools and software.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
• Knowledge of local and international safety standards in equipment handling
