Your Tasks
This role is the counterpart of the Global Serviceline Manager for the Serviceline team in India and directly communicates with the Serviceline Manager as single point of contact. This role introduces new tasks within the service catalogue to the members of his team. He will reflect the quality and potential of improvement back to the service catalogue manager. This role is supposed to manage the colleagues within India Serviceline from a professional perspective. Reporting manager will be with Kiran Gudimella. This person will be the extended arm of the Serviceline Manager. Next to leading tasks the daily business work within the ticket system alongside the first level support is part of that role as well.
Your Profile
Expected experience: ~5 years of total work experience, minimum of 2 years within that position as of today
Expected skills: English C2 (very good)
