• Work on projects to reduce production costs without compromising quality.
• Calculation of timing used in different manufacturing operations.
• Finding out NVA.
• Reduction of NVA.
• Finding out the opportunity for mfg. process lead time reduction.
• Preparation of SOP’s.
• Preparation of OPL.
• 5s implementation & guiding to production.
• Manage manufacturing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with various departments to achieve project objectives.

• • B.E Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics with more than 15-18 year of experience and exposure in Construction Equipment Manufacturing OEM”s or Heavy Engineering Industry
  • Should have sound Knowledge of Heavy fabrication Including Cutting, Welding. (MIG/SMAW/SAW)
  • Should have sound Knowledge of Assembly Lines
  • Should have fair Knowledge of Painting Techniques
  • Should have good knowledge of Lean Mfg.,5S, Kaizen, TPM (At least JH, KK, PM, SHE pillar), TQM, VSM
  • Additional advantage if -handled Green field project in past
  • Cost Reduction Initiatives
  • Layout knowledge
  • Should have exposure to Factory Manger responsibilities
  • Leading Safety drive
  • Basic Quality knowledge for improving the quality
  • Good overview of overall operation
  • Excellent working Computer Knowledge
