• Conduct DIR meeting (do it wright) along with all team members (workers) where daily plan is discussed along with other issues effecting production, also other non-production issues are addressed
• Understand absenteeism for the day, align workers on station as per plan.
• Co-ordinate with warehouse to make sure raw materials are issued well in advance for production.
• Create reservations of hardware and consumables required for line and get issued through warehouse
• Supervise assembly & make sure production is done as per drawing/work instruction/photo stories or other relevant guideline issued by design.
• Highlight any raw material deviation with quality department by providing NC (Nonconformance), Coordinate with warehouse for replacement
• Plan and supervise any reworks that may have to be done in completing assembly (after approval)
• After physically completion of machines (Station wise), transections to be executed in SAP for punching routing & material on orders.
• Fill/validate production order details and checklist. Upload in SAP.
• Update daily production monitoring reports
• Train and guide new Joinees (workers)
• Participate in kaizen workshop, to achieve process improvement targets
• Participate in prototype production/BOM validation.
• Maintain safety on shopfloor

Diploma Engineer / B.E. Mechanical with 4 to 6 Years of experience in Assembly of Construction Equipment/Automobile
