• Customer truck Chassis inward Inspection & Report sharing.
• Customer truck chassis online acknowledgement for FBV Business chassis.
• Incoming Quality Control Inspection and Documentation.
• Non-Conforming Parts Rejection in SAP.
• QM Lot Clearance for Incoming parts in SAP.
• Maintaining all ISO related documents by regular checks and audits.
• FIFO audits, Rust audits, Supplier PPM Monitoring.
• Part Inspection as per drawing.
• Supplier Defects trend Monitoring & 8D, CAPA regarding the same.
• Coordinating with FBV Customers for Third Party Inspection.
• Coordinating with Kirloskar team for Engine Revalidations.
• Maintaining Daily Defects Data for Analysis of DPU.
• Look after In House Drum Fabrication process.
• Supporting technical team with new part & Proto developments.
• Working on Reducing the DPU using 7 QC Tools.

Diploma Engineer/Bachelor's in Engineering with 4 to 7 years of experience in Quality of Transit Mixture and Construction Equipment
