• Generate and process customer invoices accurately and within specified timelines.
• Verify billing data and supporting documents before invoice generation.
• Maintain billing records and ensure all transactions are properly documented.
• Coordinate within team to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare credit notes, debit notes, and billing adjustments as needed.
• Prepare periodic billing reports and MIS reports for management review.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in audits by providing required billing documentation and reports.
