• Customer support and handling escalation and resolve complex service issues. 
• Team management - Supervise - Job allocation - guide SE. 
• Service planning & execution -ion  - Preventive maintaince - adherence to SOP,
• Reporting & documentation.
• Coordination with HOD .

• Education qualification - BE or DME .
• Experience 5 to 10 years in construction equipment service, preferable concrete equipment.
• Willing to travel and guide service team at field on complex issue
• Good knowledge in Hydraulic, Electrical and mechanical. 
• Managerial & Leadership skill.
