Ihre Aufgaben
As a Refurbishment Business Developer, you will be responsible for expanding Putzmeister’s refurbishment business across South-East India. You will identify opportunities, develop key customer relationships, and drive the adoption of Putzmeister’s refurbishment solutions across contractors, equipment owners, and service partners. Your role will combine strategic account development, project coordination, and market penetration initiatives to achieve strong, sustainable growth in the refurbishment segment.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Market Development & Growth:
Drive the development of the refurbishment market in North-West India by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across construction, infrastructure, and equipment service industries.Account Development & Management:
Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with key accounts including fleet owners, contractors, rental companies, and service centers to enhance customer loyalty and business share.Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement a regional sales strategy for refurbishment offerings in line with national business goals.Revenue & Target Achievement:
Achieve defined sales targets, profitability goals, and market penetration KPIs for the refurbishment business in the assigned region.Cross-functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with Putzmeister’s service, product support, and technical teams to ensure timely project execution, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance.Customer Engagement & Value Creation:
Demonstrate the value proposition of Putzmeister’s refurbishment solutions—highlighting cost-efficiency, reliability, and OEM-quality standards—to differentiate from competitors.Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to recommend actionable strategies and product improvements.Mobility & Territory Coverage:
Travel extensively across North-West India to engage customers, manage projects, and monitor field performance.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Regional refurbishment revenue growth
Number of new accounts developed
Repeat business ratio and customer satisfaction
Margin improvement through value-based selling
Market share growth in refurbishment segment
Ihr Profil
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
5+ years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in heavy equipment, construction machinery, or refurbishment/service domain
Strong technical understanding of concrete machinery or industrial equipment preferred
Proven track record in territory development, account management, and achieving sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region
