Ihre Aufgaben

  1. Monitoring and analysing quality performance of concrete machines.
  2. Processing the warranty, CRM information for sorting, categorizing, prioritizing the problems.
  3. Problem brainstorming, Root Cause analysis and Action planning with team.
  4. Providing timely support to Field team for problem resolution.
  5. Coordinate with factory team to ensure the timely implementation of action plans.
  6. Preparing and Reporting Quality performance metrics at defined period.
  7. Working on Product improvement initiatives, Cost optimization projects.
  8. Traveling to customer sites to resolve problems and collecting feedback for product improvement.
  9. Conducting meetings with key stakeholders for timely closure of topics.
  10. Leading and executing project’s deliverables on time with full efficiency.

Ihr Profil

Experience: 6 - 8 years

Education: BE/ B. Tech in Mechanical.
