A.  Description of the position/nature of the activity:

1) Manage the after-sales Service business of the allocated area and customers of the Gujrat Area.

2) Provide the highest level of customer service, develop long-lasting customer relationships, manage service calls,

and display a strong mind and attitude while working in the field.

3) Owning and achieving annual Revenue targets of the company in Parts & Services.

4) Ensuring the highest level of Customer satisfaction in Gujarat Area Customers

5) Warranty Claim & Service field issue reporting

4) Ability to prioritize the service calls & allocation
