Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ticket dispatching: customer requests, registrations
  • First level support / Ticket processing (interaction with Putzmeister dealers and customers)
  • Reproduce reported issues in test systems (for further analysis by implementation partners)
  • Built up new Ticket monitoring for MY Putzmeister
  • Process-, dataflow and function documentation
  • Data-/process automation within user management
  • Integration tests for new functions/technology Updates
  • Master data analysis and maintenance
  • To assist customers for the purpose of improving processes related to system issues
  • To maintain error logs in coordination with customers and dealers, and to maintain resolution reports.
  • To offer recommendations — based on various metrics — on how to improve the support process in its entirety.

Ihr Profil

  • Bachelor s degree in information technology, computer science, or other related discipline, or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing client systems in enterprise environments.
  • Basic SAP ERP knowledge preferred.
  • Basic SAP Commerce knowledge preferred.
  • Basic MS Azure knowledge preferred
