Ihre Aufgaben
- Lead the implementation of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
- Develop and maintain APQP documentation including control plans, process flow diagrams, FMEAs, and PPAP submissions.
- Coordinate APQP meetings, reviews, and milestone assessments to track progress and address issues proactively.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure product and process quality objectives are met.
- Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality requirements and ensure compliance with Putzmeister's standards and specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts related to APQP processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on APQP principles, tools, and best practices.
Ihr Profil
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing new product implementations, engineering changes, and quality management systems.
- Deep understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance methodologies.
- Experience with ISO standards, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other quality management frameworks is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across different functional areas.
