Executive/Senior Engineer - Engineering & Design (Goa)

• Experience in product development life cycle from requirement gathering to release of product
• Experience in Project Management for timely and effective execution
• Thorough understanding of Hydraulic circuits, engine peripherals, machine layout, assembly and BOM structures
• Experience in Design & Development: Concept design, 3D modelling, Finite element analysis
• Experience in Value engineering, Cost reduction activities
• Strong analytical skill, Strategic thinking, business understanding, Leadership, and structured problem-solving skills with agility
• Ability to display leadership skills, manage multiple projects and take initiatives with varying priorities.
• Effective communicator with excellent relationship building technical & analytical problem-solving skills
• Coordinate with development team, technicians, and other personnel to incorporate concepts and information into drawings/documents
• Performs a variety of marginal duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as needed
